Race Information

Event HQ will be in the event marquee at Ngamotu beach situated to the right of the Start /Finish gantry on Oceanview Parade. Event HQ will be the Information Hub for all events on Saturday 9 Feb 2013.

• Minimum age limit for the event is Individuals 18years, Teams event swim 14yrs, cycle 15yrs and run 16yrs on day of event.
• Event HQ will be used for registration of Half Ironman participants on Friday between 2.00pm and 6.00pm.
• You must register and pick up your event starter pack and race numbers on Friday or you will not be permitted to start on Saturday. You will also receive body marking here on the Friday and on Saturday morning from 6.00am before the event. We will have a mini sponsor expo on Friday and on the day of the event Saturday.
• Compulsory race briefing will take place on Friday night at 6.15pm.
• Prize giving will take place adjacent to the HQ marquee at 4.30pm on Saturday 9 February.
• Medals will be presented at the finish gantry to all individual finishers.
